Luo Han Guo is the fruit of plant Momordica grosvenori swingle, Cucurbitaceae, which grows abundantly in mountainous districts of South China. It contains many useful ingredients including mogrosides, vitamins, amino acid, and so on. Traditional herbalist doctors have used Luo Han Guo as an expectorant medicine for more than 300 years.
