High content of green tea L-theanine, low rate of Polyphenols/Amino acid, strengthen human body’s immunity, is most suitable for developing a typical new life-relaxation and health-keeping beverage. 


The processing techniques of white tea powder mainly include the following steps:
1. Raw Material Selection
Select high-quality white tea leaves (such as Baihao Yinzhen or Bai Mudan), ensuring they are fresh, free from impurities, and of uniform quality.
2. Withering
Spread the fresh leaves thinly in a well-ventilated environment. Natural withering under sunlight or indoor air-drying is adopted to reduce moisture content, soften the leaves, and maintain their natural nutrients.
3. Drying
Dry the withered leaves at low temperature (e.g., sun-drying or using a dryer) to further reduce moisture to below 5%, stabilizing the tea’s quality and preparing it for the next step.
4. Cleaning & Sorting
Remove debris, stems, or uneven leaves through screening or manual sorting to ensure the raw material is pure and consistent.
5. Grinding & Powdering
Use specialized grinding equipment (such as a stone mill or ultra-fine grinder) to crush the dried leaves into fine powder. The process is typically conducted at low temperature to avoid heat damage to nutrients and preserve the tea’s fresh flavor and color.
6. Sieving & Packaging
Sieve the powder to achieve uniform fineness, then package it in airtight containers to prevent moisture and oxidation, ensuring the white tea powder retains its aroma, taste, and nutritional value.
White tea powder retains the natural antioxidants and delicate characteristics of white tea, making it suitable for use in beverages, desserts, or functional food products.
