Product Introduction

Konjac is a perennial herbaceous plant primarily growing in subtropical mountainous regions. With approximately 170 varieties worldwide (including about 20 in China), its main component is Konjac gum (Konjac Glucomannan or KGM). This high-molecular polysaccharide is obtained through purification of konjac flour from Amorphophallus konjac tubers.

Konjac Glucomannan powder is a pure soluble fiber containing no protein, fat, sugar, or starch. It features:

  • White appearance, odorless
  • High viscosity and transparency
  • Rapid dissolution properties
  • Glucomannan content: 80%-95%
Product Varieties

Purified Konjac Powder: White granular powder (40-120 mesh) with high viscosity and transparency. Contains ≥80% glucomannan, ideal for pharmaceutical, flavoring, and chemical applications.

Konjac Fine Powder: White/light yellow powder (40-120 mesh) with characteristic konjac aroma. Used primarily in konjac tofu and vegetarian food production.

Konjac Micro Powder: Milky white powder (≥120 mesh) with light odor and rapid dissolution. Excellent gelling, water retention, and thickening properties for meat products, sauces, and baked goods.
