Product Introduction
Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic acid, HA), the sodium salt of Hyaluronic acid, is a linear high molecular weight mucopolysaccharide composed of thousands of repeating disaccharide units of D-glucuronic acid and N-ACETYL-D-glucosamine, with molecular weights ranging from 10k to 4 million Dalton. It exists widely in the extracellular matrix (ECM) of human and vertebrate tissues and has important physiological functions.
HA has excellent compatibility and can be added to almost all cosmetic products. However, due to its large molecular structure and high viscosity, the dissolution process is relatively slow. Higher molecular weights require more time for complete dissolution.
